You may have received a checklist from the Welcoming Committee that contains many important steps for getting setup on campus from obtaining a parking sticker to your University ID card. Indicated on that checklist are the following steps which must be complete prior to technology orientation:
Upon completing the steps above the scheduled technology orientation can take place. Requests for technology orientation happen by contacting the ITS Helpdesk. New staff technology orientations are sometimes pre-arranged by a request placed to the Helpdesk from the hiring department directly. Any special requests should be placed at that time as well.
