Technology Orientation at SMG

Faculty

Welcome new SMG faculty member! Below you will find information for getting started with computing at the School of Management.

One of the first and most important steps in "getting connected" to the BU and SMG digital community is obtaining your ACS account (BU email).

You may have received a checklist from the Dean's Office that contains many important steps for getting setup on campus from obtaining a parking sticker to your University ID card. indicated on the checklist, the following steps must be completed prior to technology orientation:

• Receive your BU ID number
• Establish your BU e-mail address
• Contact Richard Wong in the Dean's office to be added to the SMG database (email Richard at wongr@bu.edu)

Upon completing the steps above, contact the ITS Helpdesk to schedule a technology orientation.
