An Element K subscription provides SMG users with access to over 500 online software tutorials. These are self-paced lessons in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint as well as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe products and much, much more. The BU Office of Information Technology (BU OIT) offers instructor-led training through their Personal Computer Support Center (PCSC), WebCentral Office and other technology departments.
PCSC offers instructor-led classes in a 12-seat training classroom at 100 Cummington Street. Self-paced tutorials are available on a walk-in basis in the ACS Help Desk at 111 Cummington Street. More information is available at the PCSC tutorial page.
