BU's Office of Information Technology (OIT) supports computing services for the entire Charles River Campus and supplies the foundation (e.g. the university's network and e-mail systems) upon which many ITS services are built.

The primary site for BU OIT is http://www.bu.edu/it and their site for computing assistance is http://www.bu.edu/pcsc. The SMG Help site--this one-- belongs to SMG ITS but includes links to many OIT services for the convenience of the SMG community.
